The ones who are down lower often have a tough time getting what they think they deserve. In the case of a CEO or a billionaire, they dont really care what theyre actually doing. In the case of a down-lower man, they just dont know what they should be doing. They dont know how they should be treating their employees, so they just feel like they should be like the boss.
