This is the part where I want to get mad about it, but it makes for a fun little story, and it has some pretty sad people in it too. Now, for those of you who are unfamiliar with the story, here is a little background info: Halsey and her dad was in a band called the Dudes, and her dad had a very short fuse, and so Halsey has a long list of people who have been in his band.
I like the fact that he’s a lot more in tune with the game, that he’s still got the fire. I like the fact that he’s got to deal with the consequences of his actions. I like the fact that she’s just so much more interesting than the rest of the family.
That’s a pretty good synopsis of the game. Because even though we don’t know what happened to Halsey and her dad, that doesn’t mean we can’t deduce what happened. A game with that much detail about everything would be just too much to be believable. Instead we have the more realistic, but still fantastical, story of an orphaned teenage kid who becomes a rockstar.
