I have a friend named Jen who is a college student. Sometimes, we meet in her bedroom where we watch movies together. Other times, we just talk. She is a person who is passionate about life and living it to the fullest. She is always trying to learn something new and she is constantly searching for new and exciting ways to explore her interests. Like most people, I am constantly curious what she is up to. She is always trying to expand her knowledge and experience, which I love.
A lot of people ask me how anxiety affects me. I’m not sure I can answer this question, but I can tell you that my anxiety has made it easier to take care of myself, to stay positive, and to do the things that make me happy. I’m not sure what I should call this, but I’ve been known to use the word “optimism” when I mean to say this.
