If you ever find yourself in a situation where you have to respond to someone who ghosted you, it’s a good idea to take the time to understand why it happened.
I recently ghosted someone at work. The first thing I did was to ask what happened. I didn’t get any real answers but I did get a lot of negative responses. The second thing I did was to ask him if he was okay. I got a lot of “no, you have to be a dick” responses, even though I didn’t have any evidence of him being a dick. The third thing I did was to look him in the eye.
You know its weird, but sometimes when an adult ghosted you, you have to look the person in the eye to see if he is actually ok. If you look in the eyes of people you have ghosted, you can see a lot of things. A lot of things that they dont want to see. If you look in the eyes of someone you have ghosted, you may see things that make you angry, jealous, or confused.
As it turns out, Colt Vahn claims to be a ghost. His mother has been ghosting him for years. To be fair, if Colt was actually a ghost, I would have definitely looked him in the eye. But because Colt claims to be a ghost, and because Colt was ghosted by his mother, I look him in the eye.
The thing is, if Colt is a ghost, then his ghosting is illegal, so Colt can’t just go around telling other people about ghosts and telling people to ignore them. But Colt’s mother has a few things to say about Colt’s actions. She says Colt is not the man he claims to be, because he’s been lying about himself all along.
So she says, “Colt is a liar. He is not the man he says to be.” This makes Colt angry, which makes Colt look very guilty. This is good for Colt because he gets to put on a show for his mother and get all the attention that he needs. He can then use this to get her to leave, which he does. This, in turn, makes Colt look guilty, which makes Colt look even more guilty.
This is probably why Colts mother says to Colt, “My son is guilty of something and you’ve got to prove it.” She wants Colt to be honest about what he has done, which means Colt has to prove it to her. This is very hard, because Colt is not as good as he thinks he is. And this means that she will have to lie to him, which is not something Colt wants to do.
And this is where things get a little sticky. Colt is really good at playing the game and doesn’t want to do anything wrong. But this “something” is still very difficult for him. He’s not just playing it at his own game now, he’s playing it as his mother, a complete liar. She wants him to be honest and prove his guilt, which means she won’t let him do anything to prove his innocence.
This is a very tricky situation because Colt will be in a position where he has to lie to his mother about his guilt, yet he doesnt want to lose his cool and actually tell her that he knows what he did. Its a classic case of “Do What You Are Told” (DWT) as seen in many video games.
If you’re someone who likes to play it cool and keep things light, then you may want to say nice things to your ghosting victim. But if you’re worried that you’re putting your family at risk, you might want to just write them off as “a crazy person.
