It is not an accident that we are addicted to loud. When we are on a stage, music, or video game, we naturally find ourselves immersed in the sounds, lights, and music. The sound in our mind can be as loud as the lights. When our thoughts are in our heads, we can easily reach our ears and hear them.
The problem is when our thoughts are on the outside of our heads, we can’t hear them. Think about it. If you had a computer and you were typing on it, what would you be thinking about? You may be thinking about the number of pixels on your screen, but you’re not thinking about the sound of the letters you’re typing. You’re just typing, and so you’re not really thinking about anything.
The problem is our minds are the main problem with our day to day lives. If we were to stop obsessing over every little thing that happens in every aspect of our lives, then we would find that the world just isn’t as bad as we thought or we wouldn’t be living in a constant state of distraction. In our mind, everything is an opportunity to distract ourselves from the fact that we’re living in a society that is not a good one.
We should instead be focusing on the big picture, on what we can do to make the world a better place. If we are living in a world where every little thing is of value and of an importance to us, then we are actually in a better place. That also means we are not as distractible as the average person might think we are.
The biggest problem with distraction is that it is a way to hide the fact that you are in a constant state of distraction. When we are caught up in a constant state of distraction, we are actually unable to think clearly.
The worst distraction is when we are simply distracted. When we are distracted by something that is of little or no value, we are basically unable to think rationally. This distractibility makes it much more difficult for many people to function normally. To make matters worse, many people believe that it is not the distraction itself that is wrong, but how we engage it. Unfortunately, this is one of the most common ways people are distracted.
The way most people are distracted today is through the use of technology. We are constantly bombarded with incessant advertising messages and music. We are bombarded with television shows and movies. We are bombarded with online games and social networks. We are bombarded with advertisements and videos. And all of these things are very loud.
Unfortunately, the loudness that we are bombarded with is not our fault. It is our choice. And because of the loudness that we are bombarded with, we do not have the ability to make a conscious decision to slow our thoughts down. While we might not even know that we are being bombarded with noise, we are bombarded with noise and by the time we’ve figured out to get out of it we are back in loud noise.
The noise is a constant reminder that you are bombarded with a lot of stuff, and that the only thing you can do is to keep your head down and ignore what you are bombarded with. In our research on the topic of noise and self-awareness, we found that people who are aware of their surroundings have the ability to choose whether to become aware of it or not. As it turns out, the more aware we are of our surroundings, the less we are bombarded with noise.
